650k lb capacity: 500,000 individuals in 4 separate tanks.
Employees: 12 yearly, 18 seasonal: 30 employees at capacity.
Lobster is bought from over 200 fishermen from all over Nova Scotia.
Over 4-5 million lbs of lobster purchased every year.
Clark’s Harbour Facility
Our Clark’s Harbour Facility is used totally for long term individual storage in lobster trays
Holds approximately 160,000 individuals= 200,000 lbs
The building originally began as a movie theater and then was converted into the first fiberglass boat shop in the area.
